Our winemaker has taken parcels of fruit from across South Australia's sun-drenched vineyards, and crafted wines of maximum freshness. They are the ultimate expression of varietal, and the perfect entry into Aussie wines.
Sourced from vineyards throughout the Riverina region on vines which have been spur pruned. The vines are planted at approximately 1.8 metres apart with 3.6 metres between the rows, to allow machinery access. The soil styles in the vineyards are varied, with each terroir adding its own characteristic to the final wine.
The grapes were harvested at optimal maturity and fermented with selected yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, in order to preserve the pure fruit flavours.
Aromas of gentle spice and white pepper. On the palate, soft berry fruit with hints of aromatic spices. Medium bodied, with a persistent finish.
